My fascination with home construction began in my adolescent years, watching my uncle and a family friend repeatedly build new homes from the ground up. This constant cycle of creation and new beginnings captivated me. My father, a master of remodeling, further fueled this passion as I helped him with everything from kitchen and bathroom renovations to siding and roof replacements. I even took wood shop classes in high school, building a dresser that I later converted into a bookcase—a piece I still use in my office today.
My passion for building continued through college, where I worked on roofing crews to pay for my education. After graduating with a degree in education, I taught for a few years before realizing my true calling was in construction. From 2012 to 2018, I honed my skills on framing and remodeling crews, all while dreaming of starting my own business.
In July 2018, that dream became a reality when I founded Janich Homes & Remodeling LLC. For the past seven years, I've been dedicated full-time to turning our customers' visions into reality. I’ve built two homes for my own family, which now serve as our model homes, and have completed a wide range of projects, from small remodels to full-scale home flips.
In June 2022, my wife, Mandy, joined me full-time, and together we’ve built an incredible partnership. We've successfully completed over 200 projects, from painting to full-scale additions. We believe in being responsive, answering all your questions, and delivering on our promises. It's this commitment to quality and communication that defines our work.
